1. About This Store

Decarba is an online clothing store selling streetwear and everyday apparel, delivering within the United Kingdom.

2. Products and Descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can appear slightly different from one screen to another. If an item you receive does not match its description, contact us and we will help under our returns policy.

3. Prices and Sale Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. When an item is on sale, the regular price is shown next to the sale price. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment in full.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. You will receive an email confirming that we have received it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified. If we cancel after payment, we refund the full amount.

5. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6. Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery information is shown at checkout, and you can follow your order from your account and the emails we send. See our Track Your Order page for more.

7. Returns and Refunds

You can return unworn items with their tags within the timescales set out in our returns policy. Refunds are made to the original payment method after we receive and check the return.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works or copying its content for commercial use without permission.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
