Track Your Order

Once you have placed an order with Decarba, here is how to keep track of it from checkout to delivery.

Order Confirmation

As soon as your order is placed, we send a confirmation email to the address you gave at checkout. This confirms the items, your delivery address and your order number. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

Checking Your Order Status

If you have an account, you can see your orders and their status at any time under My Account, Orders. When your order is on its way, we will email you with any tracking details available for your delivery.
